Real Estate Valuation

Someone on my company's investlist, sent a link to this Real Estate Valuation website. It shows a satellite map view and gives information on a specific house. It also allows one to do local comparisons in terms of value and profiles a house in terms of community and neighbourhood. It is pretty slick.
