I have observed that some people who I bump into periodically at parties say stuff like "hey we should meet". And all I can do is nod in acknowledgement.
When I want to meet someone, I either call or send an email out inviting them to do something. But I cannot understand this incessant "we should meet" mantra without any "real" intention of meeting.
